The Weight of Chains is among the first films to be financed completely by individual donations, without any big corporate or major production company support.
This is why it is crucial for media outlets to write about the film and spread the message across, as the production's budget is not capable of large-scale advertising.
We urge all journalists, columnists, writers, artists, or any other media personalities to do their best to promote the film, as it does not have any hidden motive - we are
sincerely documenting an issue that has been used for far too long for the interests of the few and the detriment of the majority of the people in the former Yugoslavia.

If you are interested in interviewing the director, Boris Malagurski, please contact him and he will be more than glad to answer any questions you may have for him.
It is the duty of the media to provide a fair and balanced outlook on all global issues and it is a great tragedy that the wars in the former Yugoslavia in the 1990s were
depicted on color televisions in a black and white manner, thus leaving a black stain on the history of news reporting. This is our chance to turn a new page and really
talk about Yugoslav political matters from a rational and logical perspective - without merely towing the line of those who have an interest in limiting or blocking
public knowledge. "The Weight of Chains" is not only a film, it is a movement for change in the Balkans, but also change among those who have influenced Balkan
affairs for decades, and even centuries. The people of the former Yugoslavia onyl want the chance to decide what's best for them, and not having to be slaves
of great powers who have brought nothing but division and conflict.
